Diary of a "Nu Life"

As promised, here's a recap of Monday's activities...
 
I attended my first bootcamp class. To say the least, it's pretty intense! I did enjoy watching myself in the mirror as I looked pretty goofy learning the routines, LOL. The trainer is tough and they DO NOT let you quit...you HAVE to keep moving! It's not about keeping up with everyone else, just don't stop moving. Thank God I tied my hair up or else it definitely would have been a mess. Definitely no point in coming "cute" because you will most definitely be sweaty by the end of class!
 
As planned, dinner consisted of a spicy black bean veggie burger on a whole wheat sandwich thin w/ light havarti cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a little bit of ketchup. I was utterly amazed at how tasty and flavorful the burger was! I seriously don't even miss being able to have a "real" burger! Wow! I can't even believe those words are coming out of MY mouth!
 
Today, Day 3: All is well. I've been taking my multivitamin and eating breakfast. Instead of feeling drained by 3, I feel amazingly energetic. My snacking has been fruits or fiber one bars and I'm becoming more conscious of what I'm eating. I"m determined to reach my weight goal in two months. Class tonight. Weigh in Sunday. I'm hoping I dropped the 2 lbs. I'm aiming for for this week *fingers crossed*
