Social Networking Rocks!

Thanks to sites such as these, I've had the good fortune to meet and network with some great people! With the exception of a few wacks and quacks along the way, social internet networking has been an invaluable tool for me. So, to all of you whom I've gotten to know as a result of these sites, thank you so much for your continuing support. It means alot to know that there are such great people out there who are positive, friendly, and outgoing just like myself. I will continue to support you all in your endeavors as well.

I've Had It With...

Please! Just go away already! How many countless seasons will we have to endure? It's the same year after year. What is this, season 150? Paula, Randy, and Simon, I am begging you to retire! Get out while the gettin' is good! Thanks to you guys we are blessed with the presence of such lovely shows as "America's Got Talent". In the words of Keyshia Cole, I just want it to be over!

I am an avid reader of "VIBE" magazine and at the end of every issue there is a section entitled "20 Questions" where they pose 20 random questions (hence the name "20 Questions" LOL). So, here are my 20 questions:

1. Is it just me or does it seem like white people NEVER get cold?

2. Hasn't Keyshia Cole gone from flat out ghetto to uber fab?

3. Are you corporate ghetto?

4. Are black people really that concerned about it being a recession when we've always made a dollar out of 15 cents?

5. Didn't you expect more "story" from "Notorious"?

6. How happy are you that Carmelo, AI, and Ben Wallace finally cut off those corny ass braids?

7. Don't you wish that if black folks are gonna wear & buy designer pieces, that they would at least learn how to properly pronounce the designer's name? ("Yeah Bonifa girl I just bought this fly Lewis Vwitten bag!)

8. And as far as pronunciation goes...don't you just hate when people call laptops "LABtops"?

9. Can we please dead the rumor that Rhi-Rhi gave CB herpes?

10. How's the weather in YOUR city?

11. When white people get a hold to a word (i.e. "swag" and "bling") doesn't that instantly wipe out that word's street cred?

13. Ever since Jay said he doesn't write down his rhymes, all these other rappers wanna claim the same thing...could that be part of the reason why niggas' shit be so wack now?

14. Why does Beni's even ask you if you want the ginger sauce or the shrimp sauce when 10 times outta 10 it's the shrimp sauce?

15. Why do Rock & Republic jeans make all girls' asses look so disgustingly flat no matter how big it might really be? What's their secret?

18. Isn't Keri Hilson's "Turnin Me On" easily THE hottest song in the country right now?

19. Isn't it ridiculously (*smh*) corny how people in this city dickride a person after that person's name blows up but had no holla for them before that?
